Susan G. Komen is the ONLY organization that addresses breast cancer on multiple fronts such as research, community health, global outreach and public policy initiatives in order to make the biggest impact against this disease.
The South Jersey Breast Cancer Coalition is a non-profit organization, formed in 1996 by a group of survivors concerned with the enormous medical, financial, and social consequences of breast cancer whose mission is to raise breast cancer awareness through education, advocacy, and action to change public policy. The SJBCC is aggressively for new legislation to help and protect those afflicted with breast cancer.
Connie Dwyer Breast Cancer Foundation serves underprivileged and vulnerable women by ensuring the availability of top-quality breast-health services that include screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up care. The Foundation provides financial assistance to programs and needs deemed most crucial to the health and wellbeing of patients and offers collaborative support to provide resources, education, advocacy and empowerment to the women they serve.
